Back in May this year, we launched our first public 40-day health sprint called H40. It’s a 40-day guided sprint to better physical and mental health. It’s more than just a fitness program, although it IS going to help you get in the best shape of your life. H40 is about building a new lifestyle, habit by habit, week by week. It’s a 40-day sprint, but a lifelong pursuit.
This first time out, there were ~1100 people who signed up and said they were ready to make a change in their lives.
To be honest, when we first started, I wasn’t sure how it was going to go.
I knew these principles for better health worked because I’d seen it in my own life, and those around me, but would it work at scale?
Would people really be able to stick with it and establish new habits?
What I saw blew me away.
People were so excited to be part of a community that is focused on HOLISTIC health: mind, body, and spirit.
Every day, members of the community would log in and encourage one another by sharing their morning routine, their dietary changes, the insights they were having, and what was working for them.
It was awesome.
These were people from all walks of life, with different personal health goals who shared a commitment to getting and staying healthy.
