Of all the supplements I've tried incorporating over the last 10 years, there is one that stands head and shoulders above the rest when it comes to seeing realtime results.
This supplement has become my favorite for exactly that reason. I don't have to wonder if it works. I know it works.
It allows me to have stable sustained energy throughout my whole day, and let's me eat carbs without experiencing a subsequent blood glucose spike and crash.
It's called Berberine, and it's like a cheat-code.
Berberine is a natural compound extracted from various plants, including goldenseal and barberry. It’s been used for centuries in traditional Chinese medicine, but it’s only recently gained popularity in the wellness community for its impressive health benefits.
Like I said, one of the key reasons I love berberine is its incredible impact on how my body processes carbs.

1. Timing: I take 500 mg of berberine about 15 minutes before each meal. This timing is crucial to allow the berberine to start working before I consume any carbs.
2. Consistency: Like any supplement, consistency is key. I take berberine before every meal to ensure my blood sugar levels remain stable throughout the day.
3. Pairing with a Balanced Diet: While berberine is incredibly effective, it’s important to pair it with a balanced diet rich in whole foods, lean proteins, and healthy fats. This combination maximizes the benefits and supports overall health.
