01 - ADAM

Become a morning person

It’s all about establishing a morning routine that starts your day off the right way. It’s simple but incredibly important, and foundational to everything else we’re doing.

02 - EAT

Change your relationship to food

We’re going to start to see food as a fuel source, and something that can make us feel great, not just while we’re eating, but long after it as well.

03 - MOVE

Recognize movement as a gift

This is where we start to introduce exercise routines and again, change the way we view ourselves and the movement of our bodies. The big idea here is that exercise and movement isn’t something we have to do, it’s something we get to do. We’re going to help you fall in love with exercise. 

04 - HAaK

Optimize for your body's ability to heal itself

This week is all about Biohacking. If that’s a new term for you, it just means optimizing our physical health at the cellular level. This is where we’ll cover supplements and out of the box strategies for optimizing our physical health.

05 - FLOW

Create spaces that you love being in

This week we’re going to talk about HOW and WHY your environments are so important to your physical and mental health AND then transform one of your living spaces, or workspaces. 

06 - REST

Get the best night's sleep you possibly can

Sleep isn’t just something we do between our healthy habits, sleep is a foundation for our health, and it’s important that we get this right. So we’re going to show you several ways you can improve the quality of your sleep, and some things you probably haven’t tried. 

THE COMMITMENT

When you commit to H40, here's what you're committing to each week for 6 weeks:

1 VIDEO

Each Monday during the sprint, a new video from Freedomology will drop.

That video will be a 20-30 minute training on some particular aspect of Health.

We have a ton of exciting stuff to cover, and a lot of it may be new for you, or things you haven't tried.

1 COACHING CALL

On Wednesdays during the sprint, there will be a live group coaching call where we will cover the material from the video, answer questions and check in to see how it's all going for you.

Part of the power of H40 is in the accountability that comes from doing it along side other people, so don't miss these!

 1 ACTION

Each week you will get a new action.

Think of these actions as part of a useful and healthy habit we are trying to establish.

These actions will stack or build on each other throughout H40.

(You will still be doing your week 1 action at day 40, for example)

​

If you commit to the process, by the end of the 40 days, you will have established several new routines and habits, and they will just feel like the new normal, so you can continue on a healthier path long after the H40 sprint is over!

 

H40 is going to help you kickstart an entirely new lifestyle and we can't wait to see it.

This morning, while doing my appreciation, I kept thinking about how grateful I am for this opportunity and community. I tried to define the points that make this series different from others and why I feel I am seeing so much more success and I came up with a few things.

 

Knowledge - I have a master’s in biology and my husband has his PhD in biochemistry. I always get annoyed when someone throws out buzz words and tries to speak above you so that you follow out of insecurity but usually the people are just reading a script and don’t fully understand.

 

You can tell from all of the videos and interactions that you guys have really dug into the research and are truly excited about it. I mean when you guys are explaining stuff you make it accessible to everyone and do it with the same enthusiasm as a child talking about dinosaurs!

 

Personal experience - you guys speak from personal experience and never say “this is the only way to go”. You honestly give us the parameters to work within and then options to make it work.

 

Community/accountability - Using the Skool app and having weekly videos and meetings truly helps.

Today I woke up at 5:30, 30 minutes before I planned to. Grabbed my bedside water cup and drank it all as I went downstairs to grab coffee.

 

I did my pushups, 15 today and I’ll add one more to it tomorrow. Sipping my coffee and watching the eat video.

 

Listening to Greg talk about how the body burns and stores energy just helped put in perspective some things I have been reading lately.

 

I was a little worried that he was going to throw out a crazy diet plan, but he didn’t, it was just about making a plan built around some easy changes.

 

ADAM worked and it didn’t take the whole week. I am excited to get committed to this way of seeing food, and it’s great to know I have a community of people supporting me including my wife and daughter.

 

I’m going to go take a walk outside now with my wife, enjoy the day fellow H40 family.

Grateful to be a have a program and new knowledge that empowers me to keep going even when I feel like I can’t or it’s “too much work”.

 

Normally, by this point, I would have only been interested on a surface level and have gone back to my old choices, especially on days like today where I am tired and overwhelmed and feeling discouraged.

 

I am now committed and perhaps a little crazy over my health (spiritual, physical, and emotional). So now giving up is not one of the choices.
